Юбилейный 10-й фестиваль современных танцевальных направлений Fame Your Choreo прошел в эти выходные – 26 и 27 ноября. В очередной раз организаторы создали невероятную атмосферу, которая собирает полные залы участников, учеников, да и обычных зрителей, которым интересны современные танцевальные тренды. А славится фестиваль не только драйвовой атмосферой, но и иностранными хореографами, которые каждый год делятся опытом зарубежных танцевальных течений и рассказывают секреты их мастерства.
Идея подобного фестиваля возникла 5 лет назад. Причем начиналось всё именно с желания привезти в Россию модных, востребованных хореографов. Когда всё получилось, возник вопрос создания чемпионата. «А почему бы и нет?», – решила команда организаторов, состоящая из 4 человек, и создала первый фестиваль Fame your choreo по джаз-фанку. Конечно, не обошлось без казусов, они и до сих пор случаются, признаются организаторы фестиваля, но иногда это действительно интересные приключения.
Илья Соляник, организатор: Наверное, самое веселое было, когда мы организовали как раз таки первый чемпионат. Одним из гостей должен был быть британский хореограф Франциско Гомес (Сиско Гомес), на тот момент он был ещё судей украинского проекта «Танцуют все!», который снимался в Киеве. И из-за небывалой загруженности Сиско никак не мог подписать с нами контракт, при этом отчаянно подтверждая свое намерение и желание посетить нас. Мы уже отчаялись ждать, поджимаемые графиком, и поехали в Киев самостоятельно. Поезд прибыл рано, около 5 утра, и мы отправились на Крещатик (центральная улица в Киеве – прим.ред.) искать кафе, которое уже работает и может предоставить нам wi-fi. И первого, кого мы встретили на центральной улице, был Франциско Гомес. Это была настолько неловкая ситуация (неожиданно столкнуться так рано, в другом городе, в непонятных обстоятельствах) – мы не нашли, что сказать ему; благо, он нас не знал, и мы просто ушли. Большего состояния растерянности в жизни я не испытывал никогда. Это всё равно, что левой рукой с первого раза отыскать иголку в стоге сена.
В этом году мастер-классы проводили три иностранных хореографа: Zack Venegas, Rudi Smit, Alexander Chung (впервые в России). Огромный танцевальный зал (около 250 м2) был заполнен до отказа. И несмотря на то что двигаться было практически невозможно, танцоры пытались перенять не только манеру, но и технику исполнения известных мастеров.
Rudi Smit: Начал свои мастер-классы с джаз-фанка, чтобы сразу порадовать ребят, так как они знакомы с этой хореографией, которую я поставил для клипа. Я вижу, что у них очень хороший уровень, а значит, в России это направление пользуется популярностью. Также давал хип-хоп, так как знаю, они могут улучшить свою технику, это был хороший вызов для них. Но мне нравятся многие стили: вакинг, вог, дэнс-холл. Вообще я больше люблю постановочные номера, нежели фристайлы и баттлы. Сам начинал учиться хип-хопу с 9 лет по видео в интернете. И только когда вырос, стал путешествовать, начал брать уроки у танцовщиков LA. Сейчас мне 24, то есть танцую уже 15 лет.
Zack Venegas: Мне очень нравятся российские танцоры и их уровень с моего первого приезда в Москву значительно вырос. Я вижу, сколько в них энергии и драйва, они всё делают на эмоциях. И раньше это мешало танцевать осознанно. Теперь заметно, что они научились контролировать себя в танце, и это вывело ребят на более высокий техничный уровень. Танцоры в Европе и Америке имеют больше возможностей для развития, но тем не менее российские ребята делают всё, чтобы достичь подобного мастерства – это мощный показатель их таланта и желаний. Они молодцы! Но помимо современных направлений они должны ещё заниматься балетом и джазом, для совершенствования своих навыков. Это обязательно.
Как вы выбираете хореографов для мастер-классов?
Илья Соляник: Танцевальное комьюнити, все друг с другом общаются, и всегда слышишь, кто интересен, кого хочется увидеть, всегда видишь те видео, которые люди просматривают и добавляют себе. На этом как-то и базируется выбор. Но при этом ещё, конечно, всегда ограничения: хорошие хореографы всегда востребованы, и найти возможность так далеко приехать бывает довольно сложно.
Рената, 22 года, г. Тюмень: Я была на всех мастер-классах. Больше всего понравился у Александра, но не потому, что он лучше, а просто я впервые на его занятии. Он очень музыкальный, у него оригинальные треки, которые сейчас в моде. Он большой интерес для всех представляет и не зря! У меня сейчас прям такие эмоции, всё внутри бурлит!!! И мы очень рады, что есть возможность привозить таких хореографов в Россию.
Второй день – самый сложный в эмоциональном и физическом плане – соревновательный день по многим номинациям. Сотни танцовщиков из разных городов России после долгих месяцев изнурительных тренировок приехали удивить не только своим мастерством, но и креативностью идей. Исходя из опыта прошлых лет – когда невозможно было в номинации «Best dance show» сравнивать команды, выступающие в соблазнительном стиле стрип-пластика, техничных, чётких, но крайне простых и непомпезных хип-хоперов, при этом ярких, с париками, блестками и мишурой джаз-фанкеров – в этом году номинация «Best dance show» разделилась на «Best dance show undeground», «Best dance show ladies» и стала строже по своим правилам: должно содержаться не менее 3 различных стилей, плюс грамотное их комбинирование. А также появился новый формат соревнования «Best dance video», возникший отчасти благодаря Руди Смиту, который не так давно записал клип со своей хореографией на песню Meghan Trainor «Me Too». Видео получило огромное количество лайков и репостов, благодаря чему в итоге было замечено самой Meghan. Она разместила клип в своем официальном аккаунте YouTube с большой благодарностью за то, что ее творчество рождает другое творчество. Танцевальный концепт видео – это, действительно, не просто хореография, а цельная история, где важна уже работа не только хореографа, но и режиссера, оператора, монтажера – целой команды.
Жюри конкурса (Zack и Rudi) накануне рассказали, что в чемпионате хотят увидеть (помимо техники, четкости, манеры, подачи и т. д.) постановки больших танцевальных групп. Удивить удалось не многим, но команде HD Community из Питера все судьи аплодировали стоя. Толстые веревки, наброшенные на тела, коробки, из которых вылезали герои, полотна, обволакивающие танцоров, дополняли, казалось бы, простые образы ребят (серые рубахи и темные джинсы), но впечатлило не это: цельная выразительная история об ограничениях внешних и внутренних, сдерживающих тебя и заставляющих подстраиваться под других, которую каждый участник, чувствовалось, переживал на протяжении всего номера.
Особой популярностью пользовались сюжеты из недавно вышедшего фильма «Отряд самоубийц». Кто-то просто брал оттуда образы и танцевал под саундтрек, некоторые использовали декорации, забывая о том, что это всё-таки танцевальный конкурс и главное – хореография. А вот негласный приз зрительских симпатий заслужила команда OMG Crew: для каждого героя они выбрали подходящий стиль танца, наполнили их выходы спецэффектами (дым, светящиеся костюмы) и получился настоящий театральный трейлер к фильму, так что Warner Brothers может смело их взять в свою рекламную кампанию.
А участники команды из Питера I Like That заглянули в будущее и показали, какими они видят себя в старости.
Как вам удалось так точно передать образы и движения стариков?
Команда «I Like That», г. Санкт-Петербург, 2 место «Best dance show»: Решили вспомнить молодость (смеются). Сами делали грим. Многие из нас студенты, наших бабулечек здесь нет, поэтому постоянно им названивали и просили прислать вещи, чем явно их напугали (смеются).
Хореографию вам тоже бабушки ставили?
Команда «I Like That»: Не-е-ет. Наш любимый Маркин (хореограф команды Евгений Маркин – прим. ред.). Осенью был кастинг. И где-то с конца сентября появилась идея номера. И после всё это время работали, тренировались по шесть дней в неделю. Но ничуть не постарели.
Впечатляющей оказалась и номинация «Best dance show ladies», где очень сложно было сохранять тонкую грань между продуманной стилевой постановкой и откровенной пошлостью. Некой изюминкой во многих номерах стали парни на каблуках. Конечно, в настоящее время такой образ часто встречается на сцене, но некоторые танцы действительно преображались и, наверное, были бы не такими эффектными без этих смелых парней. А вот команда Headrush (победители номинации) доказала, что искусство должно быть искусством, а не только дерзостью и хулиганством даже в таком стиле, как стрип-пластика.
Татьяна, участница команды «Суши Lab»: Участницы показывали всё, на что они способны на огромных каблуках и с голыми попами, в общем, было жарко. Зрители (особенно мужская часть) должны были остаться довольными. Конечно, многих могли смутить парни на каблуках (хорошо, что попы хотя бы у них были прикрыты), но у фестиваля свой формат, и они этого формата придерживались. Я бы сказала, что не в каждом номере такие парни были уместны; да и после нескольких выходов подряд это уже ни капли не удивляло, а было похоже на какое-то клеше.
Помимо массовых номинаций, в программу фестиваля вошли Solo, Duet и неотъемлемое направление современной танцевальной культуры – Dance Battle. Причем в этот раз правила были более строгие: у каждого участника было только 30 секунд, чтобы показать свой уровень, причем в большой группе, так как из 44 человек жюри выбрало для продолжения боя только 8. И все танцевали в разных стилях. Проходя в следующий этап, нужно было удивлять новыми фишками и музыкальностью, но складывалось впечатление, что некоторые даже не рассчитывали попасть в топ-8 и продолжали танцевать однотипно.
Алексей, фотограф: Когда шел на фестиваль, думал: «Сколько на нем будет страданий, чувств «на разрыв», пафоса и навороченной (или не очень) техники? Будет ли просто честный танец, без наносного лоска, тоски, грусти или веселья?» К моему удивлению, такие танцы там встретились. Команды из Питера раскатали всех. Настолько качественно создавать номера – просто слов нет! У многих однообразные движения, однообразная музыка, одинаковые «фишки» (начиная от дропа и заканчивая облизываниями и поцелуями), одинаковые сюжеты, настроение, костюмы. Очень понимаю рекламщиков, когда они начинают давить цифрами: столько-то десятков тонн декораций, столько-то артистов, столько-то реквизита. Ну нечем больше заманить зрителя. Вот и здесь у меня вышло 1100 фотографий. А про ребят из Питера даже и сказать нечего. Просто взяли и очень круто станцевали. Вот именно ради таких как они и стоит ходить на фестивали. Учиться честности, размаху мысли и качеству исполнения. Это не значит, что кроме них не на кого и не на что было смотреть – было. Но… Никуда не деться от закона Парето [20% усилий дают 80% результата, а остальные 80% усилий — лишь 20% результата – прим. ред.].
