2 ноября на сцене «Эрарты» в Питере показали танцевальный спектакль «День шестнадцатый» по мотивам романа В.Набокова «Приглашение на казнь» в исполнении танцевальной компании AQUEDUCT. Хореографию в спектакле ставил Константин Кейхель на музыку Константина Чистякова.

Свет пронзает темноту, где люди двигаются синхронно в такт музыки. Подобно единому организму они одновременно пробуждаются, совершают привычные ритуалы, двигаются по кругу, суетятся и снова засыпают. В этой замкнутой повседневности есть боль и страдание. Девушки кричат и корчатся. Мужчины бьют по полу и изворачиваются от невидимых ударов.
Вдруг кто-то начинает выбиваться из общего ритма, и толпа направляет все силы на то, чтобы вернуть бунтаря в «теплое болотце» и сломить его индивидуальность. Если не получится затушить вспухнувший огонь, то его необходимо уничтожить. Единый организм не терпит инородный тел. Ты или со всеми или против всех.
В спектакле нет центрального героя. Каждый актер переодически оказывается вне системы. И каждый раз система пытается вернуть бунтаря обратно к одиночеству в толпе. Танцовщики в парах продолжают войну и противостояние друг другу. Они причиняют боль, ранят, унижают и ломают.
Постановка вводит зрителя в лабиринт вопросов: Кто ставит нам рамки: общество или мы сами? Действительно ли мы пытаемся выбраться за эти рамки? Или мы стоим в центре и пытаемся их принять? Свет резко гаснет, и зритель остается наедине с поставленными вопросами.
Постановщики не дают ответа, а лишь создают накал эмоций, движения и хауса, которые обрываются так же резко, как и начинаются. Согласитесь ли вы с такой интерпретацией мира, представленной в спектакле? Или вы все же верите в людей?

Спектакль подобен черно-белому сновидению, наполненному навязчивыми страхами, демонами и странными музами, которые действовали за одно с демонами и сводили писателя с ума.
В своем новом спектакле Константин Кейхель ловко балансирует на грани между художественной гимнастикой и танцевальным искусством. Он мастерски поставил коллективные и парные танцы, и яростные соло. Силуэты танцовщиц завораживали, освященные призрачным светом — будто морок, наваждение. Стало быть, происходящее было внутренней борьбой со страхами, которые не победить усилием воли. Из ящиков, обернутых прозрачной пленкой, строили стену и колотили в нее, пытаясь вернуться из сна в реальность.
Понравился безумный вальс, в котором было что-то чарующее. В спектакле немало трюков, например, такой: танцы на нескольких ящиках, поставленных друг на друга- тут главное не оступиться. Но ловкость не отрицает красоту. Шагали друг за другом, поочередно падали и поднимались, танцевали что-то виртуозное и в тоже время воздушное….Первый акт оборвался внезапно.
Второе отделение началось шахматной партией, продолжилось дискотекой, постепенно ритм становился быстрее, свет ярче — в какой-то момент зажегся красным. Говорят, что цветные сны видят сумасшедшие. Значит, странные музы добились своего и свели героя с ума.
